Risk Disclosure
- XenFlow is not a crypto exchange, virtual asset service provider or investment adviser. We never hold user funds or place orders on your behalf.
- Rebates are paid under each exchange's policy, and rates or payouts may change or stop for reasons on the exchange's side.
- Losses caused by an exchange's insolvency, hacks, withdrawal limits, account freezes or policy changes are a matter between you and that exchange. Except as stated in our guarantee program, XenFlow is not liable to the extent permitted by law.
- Content on this site is not investment advice. All trading decisions and their consequences are your own.
- If using overseas exchanges or derivatives is prohibited in your country, you may not use this service. Accounts found in breach may be restricted.
- Community posts are the personal opinions of their authors. Signal-group recruiting, guaranteed returns, promoting other referral programs or exchanges, and market-manipulation attempts are prohibited and will be removed.
Please make sure you understand the risks below before using the Service. This disclosure does not describe every possible risk.
1. Crypto Investment Risk
Crypto assets are extremely volatile and can lose most or all of their value in a short time. Crypto assets are not covered by deposit protection, and no institution guarantees their value.
2. Leverage and Derivatives Risk
Leveraged products such as futures, perpetual contracts and CFDs can produce large losses from small price moves, and forced liquidation can wipe out your entire margin. Depending on the product and exchange, losses may exceed your deposit. Most retail investors lose money trading with leverage.
3. Exchange Risk
Third-party exchanges carry risks such as insolvency, hacks, shutdowns, withdrawal restrictions, account freezes and unilateral policy changes. You may not get back assets held at an exchange, and the Company does not guarantee any exchange's operations or financial condition.
4. Legal and Regulatory Risk
Regulation of crypto assets and derivatives differs by country and changes often. Use may be prohibited or restricted depending on your country of residence, and regulatory changes may suddenly make an exchange unavailable. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes.
5. Security Risk
You can lose your account and assets to phishing sites, impersonation or malware. The Company never contacts you first to ask for transfers, wallet addresses, passwords or API keys. You are responsible for protecting your accounts, for example with two-factor authentication.
6. Tools and Automated Trading Risk
Results and past performance of calculators, indicators and automated trading programs do not guarantee future returns. Program errors, network delays, exchange outages and sudden market moves can cause unexpected losses.
7. Rebate Risk
Rebate rates and payments may change, be delayed or stop under exchange policies. A rebate only returns part of your fees and does not protect you from losses; increasing your trading volume because of rebates can increase your losses.
8. Information and Community Risk
Information on the site is current as of writing and may be wrong or outdated. Community posts are the personal opinions of their authors, and the Company is not responsible for investments made in reliance on them.
9. Your Responsibility
All investment decisions and their results are your own responsibility. Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and seek independent professional advice where needed.
