If you find a higher rebate elsewhere, report it. Once confirmed, XenFlow will match it.
What is rate matching?
Found a higher rebate rate somewhere else? Report it, and once we confirm it, XenFlow will match that rate. Our goal is to match or beat it within the limit the exchange allows.
How it works
1. Tell us the provider, the exchange (or broker) and the rate. If you have a screenshot or link that shows it, please include it. 2. We review your report and request the same rate from the exchange. 3. If we can match it, we raise that exchange's rate and update the site. If we can't, we'll explain why.
Some exchanges cap the rebate that can be passed on to users. In that case our rate may be the same as other providers.
But if anyone offers more than we do, we'll ask the exchange to match that rate or set it even higher for you.
Report a rate
Send the provider name, exchange, rate and any proof you have. If you use a ticket, you'll see our reply on the tickets page.
