It is not a crypto exchange, virtual asset service provider, investment firm, investment adviser or discretionary investment manager. 2. The Company is not a party to any agreement between a user and a third-party exchange and is not involved in its formation, performance or termination. 3. The Company does not hold, transfer or manage users' money or crypto assets, and does not place orders or execute trades on users' behalf. 4. Nothing the Company provides is a recommendation or advice to use any exchange, trade any asset or make any investment.
Article 4 (Effect and Amendment) 1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. 2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for changes unfavorable to members. 3. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the amended Terms. Members who do not agree may close their account. 4. Matters not covered by these Terms follow the operating policies posted on the Service and applicable law.
Chapter 2. Members
Article 5 (Sign-up and Eligibility) 1. Only persons of legal age in their country of residence may sign up. 2. Persons for whom the use of third-party exchanges or derivatives is prohibited under the laws of their country of residence may not sign up or use the Service. 3. Each person may hold only one account and must provide accurate, up-to-date information. 4. The Company may refuse sign-up or later revoke membership if: - false information was provided or another person's information was used - a previously restricted person signs up again - sign-up was made by automated or other abnormal means - there is otherwise a risk of legal violation or disruption of the Service

Article 7 (Use of Third-party Exchanges) 1. Sign-up, identity verification (KYC), deposits, withdrawals, trading and custody at a third-party exchange are governed by that exchange's terms and policies, and the resulting rights and obligations arise between the user and that exchange. 2. Exchange information provided by the Company (fees, rebate rates, promotions, guarantee status, etc.) is current as of writing, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Users should confirm details with the exchange before signing up. 3. Losses caused by a third-party exchange's service interruption, insolvency, hack, withdrawal restriction, account freeze or policy change are a matter between that exchange and the user, and the Company is not liable except as separately provided in the guarantee program rules. 4. Users decide for themselves whether using a third-party exchange is permitted under the laws of their country of residence and bear the legal responsibility for doing so.

Rebate rates, timing, method and availability follow the third-party exchange's policy and settlement and may change or stop without notice for reasons on the exchange's side. 3. If a third-party exchange does not settle, delays settlement or claws back amounts already paid, the Company has no obligation to pay those amounts. 4. If abuse such as self-dealing, multiple accounts, fee abuse or breach of an exchange's terms is found, the Company may withhold or cancel the member's rebates and demand repayment of amounts already paid. 5. Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to rebates. 6. A rebate is only a partial refund of trading fees and does not guarantee investment returns.
Article 9 (Free Tools and Software) 1.
